Judith Seymour

Now trained as a Mental Health First Aider in the Cayman Islands, Judith Seymour recently retired after a distinguished 37.5-year career in social work, child protection, youth justice, and mental health services. Throughout her professional career, she recognised how important it can be to offer support and early intervention to persons affected by mental health challenges, and she believes that the introduction of MHFA in our community will strengthen the resources available for individuals and families facing these challenges. She is therefore committed to offering MHFA courses to provide information and tools to a broad cross-section of the community to build that capacity and to foster resilience within the community.
