Rhonda Kelly

Rhonda Kelly is the CEO of Kelly Holding, an event management and marketing company in the Cayman Islands. Rhonda has transferred the grief of losing her youngest daughter, Addison, to suicide in 2022 to find a way to help others who are struggling with their mental health. Rhonda and her family created the Addison Kelly Mental Health Education fund, which is a programme within the Alex Panton Foundation. Through this journey Rhonda found out about mental health first aid and decided to find a way to bring the official MHFA programme to the Cayman Islands and have as many people as possible become mental health first aiders. She is excited for what this can mean for our country, to have a community fully literate in mental health.
